The law against throwing garbage out of the car

The law prohibits dropping, throwing or leaving any paper waste, garbage, ashes, household garbage, glass, metal, food waste, litter, or any hazardous or noxious substance on a highway and on any public or private property (without the consent of its owner), and shall immediately to pick up that trash or the source of that trash from the highway or other public or private territory.
